Our Copper Creek IPA is brewed with a nod to the original English style, highly hopped and higher in alcohol. Copper Creek is brewed with four malts, bittered with New Zealand Pacific Jade hops, and finished with American Cascade.
This complex pale ale is then dry-hopped with Pacific Jade and Kent Golding. Entering with both complex malt and hop aromas, Copper Creek’s distinct malt flavor is of toasted malt, caramel and biscuits.
With a slight citrus finish, sweet fruitiness and spiciness, and a dry lingering hop bitterness, Copper Creek is a regional favorite. 6.7% ABV, Original Gravity 1.066.

J’ai découvert cette bière aux USA. C’est une ambrée trés stylisée, complexe au nez et à la dégustation. Pour ma part, elle n’a pas l’amertume d’une IPA, même si la méthode brassage se dit « IPA ».
C’est très bien fait, avec de vrais arômes, une vrai longueur en bouche et un nez qui s’exprime et qui laisse entrapercevoir la suite de la dégustation.
