Brasserie: Nogne

Alcool: 9% ALC/VOL
A tripel is a straw coloured ale with a big, dense and creamy head. It´s balanced with a sweet finish.
We at Nøgne Ø like to do things our own way. “How to make a signature flavour in a Tripel?”, we asked ourselves at one point.
We concluded that peat smoked malt of Scottish origin was the answer.
Subtle yet present. Enjoy at 6°C with cheeses, seafood or poultry. This product is unpasteurized and unfiltered.
It is very difficult to brew a complex and balanced Belgian-style tripel ale, but we have made an attempt at brewing one anyway!
Our respect and admiration for those who master the skill and art of brewing excellent ale of this style is limitless. Tripels often pair with cheese, seafood and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients: Malted barley, wheat, malted wheat, sugar, hops, yeast and local Grimstad water.
